Short Description: Cattleya aurantiaca also called as Guarianthe aurantiaca is a species of orchid native to South America. Miniature Cattleya species, These plants can flower in as small as a 3" pot and when reaching specimen size can have multiple canes in flowers with clusters of blooms per growth. The outer and inner whorls are almost the same size and shape, and the inner whorl flakes have a tendency to bend forward. As a result, the flowers do not open completely and it happens that some of the clones self-pollinate without opening. The spotted lip is almost the same size and shape as the petals of the outer and inner whorls. Easy to grow and very colorful and fun!
Please refer plant pictures for size reference.
Note: Colors, patterns & size of the flowers can vary due to the variations produced by hybrids or species. There are chances that the buds/flowers could dry up in transit during Shipping after packing. The local climatic conditions and the nutrition given can affect the brightness & colour intensity of flowers. While we make every effort to match the actual colours of the flowers, the photographs may not be the exact representation, due to different monitor setting.
