Policy Update: Discontinuation of the Loyalty Rewards Program

At Orchid-tree, we are constantly evaluating our services to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our community. As part of this ongoing review, we have made the decision to officially discontinue our Loyalty Rewards Program, effective June 1, 2026.
We want to thank all of our members for their participation and support. To ensure a fair and smooth transition, we have established a wind-down period allowing eligible customers to redeem their existing points. Please review the updated policy and timeline below.
1. Cessation of Point Accumulation
Immediate Effect: As of June 1, 2026, the accumulation of loyalty points has been discontinued.
Orders & Purchases: Any qualifying purchases, orders, or promotional activities completed on or after June 1, 2026, will no longer earn rewards or loyalty points.
2. Eligibility & Redemption Window
Minimum Threshold: Only accounts with a confirmed balance of 1,000 points or more as of June 1, 2026, are eligible for redemption. Balances below 1,000 points cannot be redeemed or converted.
Final Deadline: All eligible points must be claimed and used on or before June 15, 2026 (11:59 PM PST/your local time).
Forfeiture: Any points remaining in customer accounts after June 15, 2026, will be permanently forfeited and the point system will be removed from accounts. Points have no cash value outside of active program redemption.
3. Redemption Rules & Limitations
Per-Transaction Limit: To ensure fair processing, customers may redeem a maximum of 1,000 points per individual transaction/order.
Multiple Redemptions: If your balance exceeds 1,000 points (e.g., you have 2,000 points), you may place multiple separate orders to utilize your remaining eligible points, provided all orders are placed before the June 15, 2026 deadline.
Exclusions: Loyalty points cannot be combined with other specific promotional discounts or gift cards unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Where can I view my rewards status and points?
Find at the bottom of the website a Purple icon with gift box icon. Click the icon and you will be able to see your point balance, rewards and coupons.
Can I get a cash refund for my points if I have fewer than 1,000 points?
No. As per our original program terms, points hold no monetary or cash value and can only be redeemed for program rewards in increments meeting the 1,000-point threshold during the active wind-down period.
Can I redeem multiple reward coupons at a time?
You can use only one reward coupon at a time. You can not you use this coupon along with any other discount offers.
Can I earn and redeem my points in the physical stores?
No. Reward Points can only be earned and redeemed at Online store Orchid-tree.com
Can I redeem my points without purchasing anything?
No. Rewards are only eligible to be redeemed with a purchase.
Reward Points can only be earned and used with purchases on orchid-tree.com. Reward Points have no cash value. Orchid-Tree reserves the right to change this program at any time.
