Will my plants arrive safe?
When you order plants from us, it's our top priority to make sure they arrive in happy, healthy condition. We ship nursery-grown plants in their grow pots. This way, they experience as little stress as possible during transit. We want you to have a successful and satisfying experience with your plants!
Do I have to repot my plants once I receives ?
No. First, let your plant acclimate to its new environment. Leave the plant in its spot for a couple of weeks while it gets used to the conditions around it. Repotting immediately when it arrives adds extra stress on the plant after the transit. So it is a big NO.
After a couple of weeks, once your plant has adjusted to its new home - your home's light levels and temperature differ from a greenhouse - you can transplant the plant into another container.
But remmeber it is optional, as long as your plant still has room to grow in its nursery grow pot, and looks happy and healthy, there's no need to do anything else.

My plant arrived in bad condition. What should I do?
Our live plants are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. If they don’t, we replace them free of charge. It’s normal for plants to show some signs of transit damage but if the damage is beyond normal wear and tear, let us know within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we'll be glad to help. Remember, it's natural for plants to show minor signs of stress after transit. You can help your plant pick up from its journey by briefly pruning any damage to foliage, such as bown or yellow leaves. By removing the damaged foliage, you give your plant back energy for new, healthy growth. If you need further support with caring for your plant, please contact us .
My plant arrived healthy but not doing well now. What should I do?
If your plant arrived healthy but is no longer doing well, reach out to us with photos. We’ll help you figure out what’s happening. Sometimes plants take a few weeks to get used to the new home they’re in: your home or office.
If your plant gets worse during its first two weeks, please send us photos again so we can help you.
My plants flowers look different from website. What should i do?
We try to display as accurately as possible. However, in some cases, there may be slight differences between what you see on our website and what flowers with you.
The differences are generally due to the light, temperature and nutrients available to the plant at your place. Normally, cooler the temperature you get the best colours and warmer the temperature lighter the colours.
However, if there is a huge difference, let us know immediately to investigate the batch of plants.

What payment Options are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Internet banking and UPI payments.
We don't offer Cash on delivery.
My payment is gone but my order didn't get placed. What should I do?
If the amount is deducted from your account and order is confirmed. Your amount will get refunded automatically within 7 days by your bank.
You may contact us, if the payment is not returned to you within 7 days.
How can I join program and earn rewards points?
We've made it easy to get rewards for shopping with us. You'll earn points for every Rs. 10 you spend – that's 1 point for every Rs. 10* spent. You don't need to take any action to start earning points, but you do need to create an account with us to redeem them.
Claim Rs. 500 off when your points reach 1000 Points*
Conditions of rewards:
-No points added for shipping charges.
-Expiry: Points will expire in six months if unclaimed or if not used.
-No points on products on sale.

Where can I view my rewards status and points?
Find at the bottom of the page a green circle tab with gift box icon. Click the icon and you will be able to see your point balance, rewards and coupons.
How do I redeem my points?
Open the Rewards menu by clicking on the green floating gift box icon at the right handside bottom on this website.
Click on "Rewards" on the reward menu tab, and once your earned points reach 1000 points you can click on the "Redeem" button to generate your coupon code.
You can use this coupon code at checkout to redeem the reward amount. Once you copy and paste the coupon code, click 'Apply' button.
Can I redeem my points without purchasing anything?
No. Rewards are only eligible to be redeemed with a purchase.
Can I earn and redeem my points in the physical stores?
No. Reward Points can only be earned and redeemed at Online store Orchid-tree.com
Will my reward points expire?
The points will expire only if you are inactive over 6 months, meaning you haven’t made a purchase within 6 months.
Can I redeem multiple coupons or rewards at a time?
No. You can use only one discount coupon at a time.
