Short Description: Epidendrum Variegated Pink has lovely variegated leaves & flowers in pink colour. Limited stock!
Epidendrums are usually tall reed-like orchids also called crucifix orchids. The inflorescence is very long-lasting, blooming upwards of a hundred flowers in succession on a single stem! Epidendrums, like most tropical orchids, has two distinct seasons; a hot, wet growing period followed by a cooler, drier, flowering season. Generally, new growth is initiated around March. At this time increase the watering keeping the medium moist but not soggy. By the end of September - October, decrease the watering, allowing the plants to dry out somewhat between waterings. Water well every time you water!
