Short Description: Dendrobium macrostachyum is a dendrobium species native to Australia, tropical Asia, and eastern Malaysia, commonly known as the fringed tree orchid, is an epiphytic orchid with long, narrow canes/pseudobulbs that lose their leaves as they mature, flowers are whitish to lime green with a hairy lip. The fragrance is similar to the flowers of the night-blooming jasmine. Canes are thin, almost wiry, slightly zig-zagged, green to yellowish pseudobulbs that are 4–20 inches long.
