Short Description: Dendrobium farmeri sp. also called as the Farmer's Dendrobium is a species of orchid native to Asia. It is native to the Himalayas,Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Peninsular Malaysia, and Vietnam. Flowers are in the form of pendulous bunches, 20-30 cm long, each cluster consists of more than 20 individual flowers growing around the stem, blooms in the spring around February - March. The flowers are usually white with a yellow lip, the light pink color forms, which is not common is also found in some regions.
