Short Description: Dendrobium chrysanthum is a dendrobium orchid species, native to China, Tibet, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Nepal, Bhutan, Assam etc. This epiphytic orchid has long pendulous canes often reaching 5-6 feet. The leaves are alternate, bright, and shining green. The inflorescence arises opposite of the leaves with 1 to 3 fragrant, fleshy flowers and needs the winter rest to set the blooms.
