Short Description: Bulbophyllum graveolens sp. is a species native to the rain forests of New Guinea. Single leafed plants with thick, fleshy, and deeply grooved pseudobulbs. This Bulbophyllum has highly fragrant flowers and has an apical umbel (similar to an umbrella) of 8 to 9 long-lasting flowers that arise below the leaves,  occurring in the fall. The flowers do not open completely,  Petals and sepals are waxy and bright so very attractive. Like other Bulbophyllums the lip of this one too is mobile, a beauty to watch when in bloom.

Please refer plant pictures for size reference.

Note: Colors, patterns & size of the flowers can vary due to the variations produced by hybrids or species. There are chances that the buds/flowers could dry up in transit during Shipping after packing. The local climatic conditions and the nutrition given can affect the brightness & colour intensity of flowers. While we make every effort to match the actual colours of the flowers, the photographs may not be the exact representation, due to different monitor settings.
