Short Description: African violets are one of the world's most popular houseplants. They are small houseplants that produce clusters of white, blue, or purple flowers over fuzzy leaves. African Violets, like other plants, need light for photosynthesis. They are commonly used as indoor/ window sill plants. The leaves are rounded to oval, 2.5–8.5 cm long, finely hairy, and have a fleshy texture. The flowers are 2–3 cm in diameter, and grow in clusters of 3–10. Very dainty, pretty flowers.
Water from the bottom with room temperature water by placing the plastic grower's pot in water, and allowing the plant to absorb the water ( not more than 30 minutes ).
Avoid getting water on the leaves as this can cause spotting damage.
The watering schedule will vary for you depending on your home environment, type of soil mix, and pot size.
Please refer plant pictures for size reference.
Note: Colors, patterns & size of the flowers can vary due to the variations produced by hybrids or species. There are chances that the buds/flowers could dry up in transit during Shipping after packing. The local climatic conditions and the nutrition given can affect the brightness & colour intensity of flowers. While we make every effort to match the actual colours of the flowers, the photographs may not be the exact representation, due to different monitor setting.
