Short Description: Neofinetia falcata is a species of orchid found in China, Korea, and Japan. Neofinetia falcata is the first orchid ever to be grown as a house plant in Japan in the 1600s. It is also known as the Samurai Orchid, The Japanese love this miniature orchid species. Flowers are white, with a spur, It is said that the key to growing them is to enjoy the plant every day of the year, not just for the flowers. They generally flower in June and July and have a very sweet fragrance similar to the Jasmine that is strongest at dusk and dawn.
