Return Policy

Orchidtree™ wants to ensure our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience, where you can make purchases confidently. Orchidtree™ has a comprehensive return policy which is tailored to protect our customers. The Orchidtree™ has two category of items we sell on our e-store:

  1. 1.      Products

 

Products are manufactured goods or non-living goods and do not include any perishable goods such as plants. Products are such as fertilizers, potting media, Pots and any garden/orchid accessories are defined as products.

 

Return Policy of Products

If you have received a damaged product or it does not match the description provided by Orchidtree™, you can return it to us, but no claim regarding quality, quantity or description of the products supplied shall be accepted by us unless the Buyer notifies us with details of any deficiencies within 1 day of receipt/purchase of the products by the Buyer. Also the customer has to send an image of the product by email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description.

The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery.  The original item will be recalled then and the exchange will be shipped to you sooner.

Return Policy of Live Orchid Plants

Live Orchid Plants are highly perishable, thus have limitations in providing replacements. Thus we do not offer any replacement or refundable in normal circumstance. If the plant reaches you in damaged condition, you can return it to us, but no claim regarding quality, quantity or description of the products supplied shall be accepted by us unless the Buyer notifies us with details of any deficiencies within 1 day of receipt/purchase of the products by the Buyer. Also the customer has to send an image of the product by email in case he/she is claiming that the product is damaged or is not meeting the description.

The buyer recognizes that plants may be degraded, damaged, or killed by heat, cold, lack of water, exposure to direct harsh sunlight or chemical, improper handling or careless transportation and recognizes that after delivery all these factors are beyond the company's control. No claim regarding quality, quantity or description of the plants supplied shall be accepted by us unless the Buyer notifies us with details of any deficiencies within 1 day of receipt/purchase of the plants by the Buyer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.  Orchidtree™ will refund your amount after deducting 5 %( payment gateway charges) of the total invoice amount.

Orchidtree™ won’t take any cancellation orders once the product delivery has already been made.  Once the cancellation of product is requested it will take a maximum of one day to cancel the order. The refund of amount will take 5-7 business days.
